Hi Ciaran

I created a user defined module at module position «Showcase-1f».
The reason for this: the module content should be displayed on the right side of the page.
The area left to this module should be empty.

In the template settings I set «Enable Manual Widths» to «Yes». Then
Showcase-1a width = 10%
Showcase-1b width = 10%
Showcase-1c width = 10%
Showcase-1d width = 10%
Showcase-1e width = 10%
Showcase-1f width = 50%

The unexpected result is, that the module at module position «Showcase-1f» is displayed to the very left.
The defined widthes for Showcase-1a to Showcase-1e appear to be ineffective.
I can resolve the issue by creating 5 empty modules and placing them at module positions Showcase-1a to Showcase-1e.
But this seems a pretty clumsy way to do it.

I do not know if this is a bug of the template. Maybe I do not understand the template settings as far as these module widths are concerned.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

If a module position does not have a module published to it then that position is not rendered. Rather than creating 5 positions you could simply create a single position and set its width to 50%. Alternatively, you can try using the Module Style Overrides tab of your template style settings to add a margin to the left of your showcase-1f position.
