I have just followed the tutorial for Mobile menu - linking parent items and changed the allowParentlinks to true but it hasn't made any difference and clicking on the parent menu item only opens up the sub-menu it doesn't go to the parent.

The website is:

http://www.electricadjustablebeds.com

Can you please help?

Thanks,

Gary

Hi Gary

On the devices we have checked the parent menu item text appears to be linked to the article?

Ciaran,

Thanks for the reply - but I do not get anything when selecting the parent menu item - it just opens or closes the sub-menu. I have tried refreshing the browser but it doesn't change anything.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A5 running Android 8 and I have also tried it in Chrome using the Developer Tools - it is the same in each.

Any ideas appreciated.

Regards,

Gary

Hi Gary

Can you confirm that you are touching the menu item text, not the rest of the button? Changing allowParentlinks to true only turns the actual text to a link. The rest of the button is used to open the sub items.

Ciaran,

Yes I am clicking the text on the button. I have just tried it again and it doesn't make any difference whether I click the text or the rest of the button - both open the sub-menu.

Regards,

Gary
