Hi Ciaran,

I'm using your great extension J51_GridGallery and I am really happy with it. Unfortunately there is no administration setting to change the position of the caption title. Maybe you could add this for a future version.

But for now it would be enough if you could help me getting the caption title "out of the box". This means I want to have the caption title below the picture centered.

Hope you can help me, as my trys weren't successful :(

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel

Would you have a URL to an example of your GridGallery module?

Hi Daniel

To amend try adding the following to your templates custom CSS (edit to taste)...

.j51gridgallery figure, .j51gridgallery {
overflow: visible;
}
.j51gridgallery div {
bottom: 22px;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
}

Hi Ciaran,

I have a different problem now with the caption title. When the web page is reduced to a max-width of 1025px, the caption title is again within the picture and not outside.
But there is no such @media (max-width:1025px) on my web page... So did you implement some responsive features in Grid Gallery which I have to change now?

Please see: http://engelhardt.linux02.rw.serviceprovider.de/content/

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel

Have you since resolved this issue? Your title appears to be now displaying outside the image on all screen sizes.

Hi Ciaran,

Yes, I just added a rule for @media and j51_gridgallery class...
Nevertheless, I would like to know whether you implemented such a "responsive part" as I'm really confused and do not know why the caption title went back inside ...

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel

As this is customization to the module, it is hard for us to say for sure without an example of the issue. I suspect a box-sizing issue. This would not have been an issue so therefore not considered on the original module.
