J51 Fine Dining for Joomla3.3

Hello,

I'm using the template Fine Dining since 2010. First for a J1.5 website. In march 2013 I became a J2.5 template version of this template from you.
I have updated the website to Joomla 3.3.6 and the template works still good. But when I try to edit in the frontend the edit screen is not correct (ul instead of fieldsets is in the template).
Do you have a solution or a new version of this template especially for J3.3?
