Hi! I can't install my downloaded template j51_executive.zip by Extensions Manager of my Joomla 2.5.4 and by ftp too! There is an error of transfert, what can I do?

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to [email protected] along with your purchasing PO number and we will investigate this issue further.

The issue appears to be present regardless of the extension you attempt to install to your Joomla installation. Warning: Failed to move file! errors would not be template related however if you wish you can send us temporary FTP access to your server to [email protected] and we will see can we amend the issue for you.

Note: For your own site security refrain from posting access details to the forum.
