J51 Enterprise Problem with Joomla 4.0

Hi, i renew the template purchase for j51 enterprise 'cause i can only download for joomla 3.
I see joomla 4 in the templates page and i buy it again for update to last version but in joomla 4 this template doesn't work.
Mod 51 Carousel have problem, and other i think.

Can you please check and update all the package or refund me cause i buy the same product than before?
