Hi Ciaran

my website uses JEvents and there is a menu item of the type «JEvents > List by Category»:
https://anav.ch/j4/de/termine.
As you can see, the header with the menu bar is completely disordered.
All other menu items are ok, only JEvents menu items are affected.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

It seems your component is using the modal view for this page. Is this issue present with the default Joomla template (Cassiopeia)?

Hi Ciaran

with Cassiopeia the menu item looks perfect.

Thank you and kind regards

Hi Chris

Looks ok however it appears your component is adding all the meta, script and style tags inside the body instead of in the head. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will see is there anything that can be done to your template to more gracefully handle your component. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Ciaran

I am coming back to this issue. My website is now live. Unfortunately I had to start with the update Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 again from the beginning. Now the header is disordered again when using JEvents menu item.

In your download section there still is version 1.0.0 of this template available. So it was apparently not an issue with the template.
Last time you resolved the issue by using temporary administration access to my Joomla installation. But I am puzzling what you did and how you fixed the issue.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

Admittedly I am unable to recall what changes were made for your extension to work. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Note you can backup your template at any point by downloading the ../templates/[YourTemplate] folder. This folder can then be zipped and used as an install file via your Extensions Manager.
