J51 enlighten - header optimization

Hi Ciaran,

can you give me some indication to:
1) reduce to a minimum the space between logo and menu (see attachment)
2) lock the header; I need logo and menu fixed on the top and the rest of the site scrolling up and down

If you think there is a J51 template, different from enlighten, more suitable for the duty, please tell me.
