I have a module for which I want to change the title (h3) color. For whatever reason, there is no place to add a module class suffix (and thus change color in Custom CSS). It does, however, have a place for Header (specified as h3) class.

To accomplish my goal, would I have to create the header class in html? If so where would that be located?

EDIT: Never mind. I came up with a solution: defined an h3 class in custom css.
