J51 Boutique - bottom2 is too high

Hi I have a strange issue with the Boutique Template ... I get an error regarding the "router.php" see screenshot

and then the bottom2 position is too large ... though it's empty. This just happens if you select the "Aktuelles->Neuigkeiten" thats a category blog just like the "Aktuelles-Aktionen" where there is no problem at all - can you help me with this issue? Thanks!
