Dear Ciaran,

First, I would like to thank you for the efforts you put into those new Templates, each one is unique and super elegant. The new templates editing parameters are brilliant and saves a lot of custom CSS codes that we used to use with old templates. I have made my own website using Chelsea before and was super happy with your support, the website's final result, and customers' feedback.

I'm working on a friend's website now, so I recently purchased the Bianca J4 template (around 2 weeks ago), which I suppose is the latest version of the template with all bug fixes. I'm using Joomla! 4 on this website.
Unfortunately, I'm having some issues with the demo installer that does not reflect exactly the demo on your site. Hopefully, you can help me with your magic touch :D as you always do;

  1. Number Module:

- The numbers calculate before scrolling down to its module position so by the time you reach its position you won't see the numbers counting.
- The numbers color only pick the primary color from the template even when I change it within the general settings of the numbers module.

  1. Animation Effect:

The animation effect takes place before scrolling down so by the time you reach the module with the animation effect, you won't see it.
I guess it's the same issue as for numbers' counting.

  1. Parallax Effect:

The background Parallax effect is not working, the image stays static even if I set it to "Yes" in the general template settings.
This is on all pages (my created pages and the installed demo template pages) while this effect is visible on your website demo.

  1. Font Awesome:

- I had an issue with font awesome when trying to add it to menu items Link Icon Class but I fixed it by adding an extra "fa" to the class (e.g. fa fa-university instead of fa-university).
- My issue now is how to add a font-awesome icon with some texts in an article. I tried several options with no luck! As an example, I want to add a phone icon before the phone number.

  1. Action Button

- The action buttons look different after installation than their look at your website demo. On your website demo, the button's shape looks smaller with sharp edges and they have gradient colors. After installing the demo installer, the shape and colors of the buttons are different. Please refer to the attached images.

I guess most of my mentioned issues are J4 related as I never faced it before while using J3 on Chelsea.

I will send you an email with temporary access to the website as it's offline. Appreciate your quick help on those issues ;)

Thank you

I have just created an update to the template which should hopefully resolve the above-mentioned issues. I have installed this update to your Joomla installation and all appears to be now corrected.

Regarding inline icons, note that Font Awesome 5 (used in Joomla 4) has a slightly different class naming to FA4 (https://fontawesome.com/v5/icons/university?s=regular). Your markup would now look something like the following...

<i class="far fa-university"></i> Some inline text

Super! Thank you so much for your help.

Almost all my issues were resolved. Only one thing that I still need your help with here;
Regarding the template buttons, the gradient effect is visible now but it appears that there is a colored border that should not be. How can I remove that?
Please see attached image

Hello

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

[class="btn"], .readmore .btn {
border: 0 solid transparent;
}
