Hi Ciaran, I purchased Layla some time ago but now need a Joomla4 version. Reading other forum entries you have provided upgrades to the downloads in the profile for some templates. Can you do this for Layla please?
Sometimes we will make the Joomla 4 version of the template if the Joomla 3 version was purchased in error. If you have already previously purchased this template in the past, you can use the following coupon to avail of a 50% discount on your upgrade...
To amend this issue could you try deleting the template html folder (../templates/j51_layla/html/) and then installing your template again via your extensions manager. This will replace the html folder with the correct Joomla 4 version.
If this does not resolve the issue, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
