J4 Naomi - Header not sticky

I'm getting a strange issue.
Naomi J4 is installed on
https://www.kokkieblanda.nl
and a separate installation at
https://www.kokkieblanda.nl/mediterraan

On the first one the header is sticky but not on the second one even if sticky header is on. What ever i try it refuses to become sticky. Any idea?
