I'd like to have a custom html module just to the right of the Auston Slideshow in the showcase position. I've tried changing the width of the slideshow to 500px (also pictures) in Module Manager in hopes a module can fit on the right but the width of the slideshow stays the default width in "view site" while it stays 500px in Module Manager. When I add a custom html module to the showcase position, it shows up below the slideshow.
Can there be two modules (slideshow and custom html) in the showcase position? If so, how can I set it up?
Also I wonder if the width and height settings are working. The slideshow does not appear to change when the settings are changed.

I'm using Joomla 2.5.6 and the site is at http://clearimagegraphics.net/1800sleephelp/

Hi ermab

Try adding the following to the Custom CSS field within your templates parameters..
#container_slideshow .box_skitter {width: 500px !important;}
#showcase .custom {float: right;}
.. this will set your slideshow width to 500px and float your Custom HTML module to the right.

The width of the slideshow is set by the template, overriding the slideshow parameters so as to best accomodate the slideshow within the layout of the template. The above CSS will override both.

I added the code to Custom CSS. The slideshow width didn't change but the custom html module is now aligned to the right below the slideshow.

Just checked again and It's working great now. Odd it wasn't working before even after the new code was put in - but is fine today. Thank you Ciarán!
