Issue with the mobile menu using the Renovate template.

I am trying to build a website using the renovate template but I am having an issue in the smart phone view.

With the smart phone the homepage doesn't display a mobile menu. The other two pages are fine.

The website I am working on is on a temporary domain http://tempdomain3.site .
