Issue with Scarlett Template on Mobile View

I am trying to modify the Scarlett Template so that the content area doesn't cover up part of the slideshow as illustrated in a photo of my mobile phone. I have also provided a screen shot where I did change the template with the content area moved down out of the slideshow for a desktop computer.
