Issue uploading Oxygen51 for Joomla! 2.5

I purchased the updated Oxygen51 template with the purpose of upgrading my current Oxygen51 template which was only compatible through Joomla 1.7. I am now running Joomla 2.5.2 with php 5.4.19. Unfortunately extension manager will not let me upload the new template. I was able to upload the file into the root folder through the server, but in order to get it into the template folder, had to rename it Oxygen51-new. So I now have two Oxygen files in the template folder at the root level in my server : Oxygen51 - new and Oxygen51 - old. :S
Any help with how to UPGRADE my Oxygen template without loosing any settings would be greatly appreciated.
At the moment my site is broken. :(

The template is now visible in the template manager as Oxygen51-new. I have set it as the default template and assigned menu items. None of the menu items appear on the template, however. I as hoping not to have to rebuild the entire site. YIKES! Yes, I will send temporary access to info@joomla51.com so you may take a look. Thank you very much.

Hello

It appears you were using a very old version of the template. I have set your top menu as the default menu via your templates parameters. The main difference between the old template and the version you have installed is the module position names so you will have to re set the modules to the following module positions.. http://demo.joomla51.com/0072/index.php/module-positions. Other than that all should be fine.
