Installing the Demo Installer!

Hello Ciaran,

I have recently downloaded the new template "Chelsea" to my website but could not download the Demo Installer!

I already have the Renovate template installed 2 years ago and I want to replace it with Chelsea. I can't remember how i got the demo pages installed at that time; i can't remember I did anything extra!!

Now, the Chelsea Template was installed successfully through Joomla CMS but I don't know how to install the Demo Installer using the server and the FTP as was suggested by the Forum since I'm not an IT person :S

Is it possible to help me in this regard and guid me how to do it step by step?

Hi again,

I have realised that I let our host provider (Cloudaccess) to do the installation for me last time so that's why I didn't know how to do it!
I have just contacted them to do the installation for me again this time for Chelsea template but they said that they have to delete everything under my website in order to do so which means that they will delete the old template (Renovate) with all contents.
Is there a way to backup my old template since I can't find the installed package that I made before within my pc?
