Installation Chelsea demo fail

Unable to install Chelsea demo. Error displayed right after installation starts:
Call to a member function load() on null

pHp 7.4.33

Please help me solve the problem

The second problem with Chelsea template is that there are no Example Styles in the Details tab of template style. What is wrong? Please help.

The following applies to Joomla 5:
For PHP version 8.2+ is recommended, but PHP version 8.1.0 is the minimum.

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla 4 version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

Thank you very much, but has this download file actually been replaced? There is a package in my template downloads with the date 19-Nov-2023 (Updated) and it is exactly the same size as the old one. The files in the package also have the date 19-Nov-2023 and the demo installation failed with the same error message.
