Inline icons in base position. Sometimes they display correctly (ie aligned centrally and size 48px. Other times they display really small and aligned left.
Sorry to say I am unable to replicate this issue. I have tested using both Chrome and FireFox and on various pages, reloading on each however the icons appear to always display correctly. Have you any extensions installed that compress CSS? Maybe a cache related extension?
