increase logo width help

I have the Nocturne Template and I need to increase the width of the logo area. Currently, my logo is 980 px wide but when I load it up, it only shows about 350 px wide, cutting off part of the logo. My height is ok, it is just the width that I am having issue with.

any suggestions would be appreciated.
