Impulse: Linked in media icon does not remove root

Hi Ciaran,

When I set up the linked in Social media icon on Impulse the root of the url is not removed, so Iit executes the following:
http://www.ashwoodandstanton.com/uk.linkedin.com/pub/charlotte-stanton/85/a03/658/

instead of:
http://www.uk.linkedin.com/pub/charlotte-stanton/85/a03/658/
