We are using the ImageHover Gallery module on this page:

https://www.marshallfurniture.com/about-us/about

When clicking on one of the images on a mobile phone, users see only the background color briefly before being taken to the linked page - no description text. Is there a way to make the first click show the text, and the second click go to the link?

Thank you. Since our captions are long, I added titles, which I hid on desktop view and then add the following in CSS fields on the Responsive Options tab:

[class*=" imghvr-"] figcaption, [class^="imghvr-"] figcaption { transform: none !important; opacity: 1; }

.j51imghvr-item { --j51-overlay-color: transparent !important;}

.imghvr-flip-horiz h3.j51imagehover_title { display: block !important; width: 100%; margin: 0 auto; padding: 6px 0; position: absolute; left: 0; bottom: 0; background: #efefef; color: #000; text-align: center;}

.imghvr-flip-horiz .j51imagehover_caption { display: none;}

Hello

To disable the flip effect and always display the caption, you can use the following CSS..

[class*=" imghvr-"] figcaption, [class^="imghvr-"] figcaption {
transform: none !important;
opacity: .8 !important;
}

Note this CSS can be added to the Custom CSS fields in the Responsive Options tab of your template settings to target specific devices.

I think it might be better to be able to display the title over the image on mobile - with no flip effect and no description. Is this possible? I can even create a separate module for mobile if necessary.

Hello

Sorry to say that option is not currently available with this module. The only possible solution would be to always display the text on small screen devices. Would this be suitable?
