You should not have any issues running the Image Hover module on Joomla 4. Could you please detail the issue you are having?

Hi Ciaran, ok i try to explain:
HooverBackground does not function (background is just transparent)
if i click the Pic, the pic open a new window with no return (i have to need browserback)

grundsätzlich funktioniert die Image Hover Gallery unter J4 (habe ich selbst schon getestet). Vielleicht hängt das Problem an anderen Templateeinstellungen.

Allerdings würde ich Dir vorschlagen, eine andere, einfache Galerie zu verwenden. Für solche Aufgaben nutze ich immer sigplus (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/sigplus/). Ist für einfache Aufgaben sehr leicht einzurichten, hat aber viele weitere Optionen.

Danke Rolf, ja ich kenne Sigplus und wende es auch vielfach an .... aber ganz grundsätzlich sollte auch "ImageHoover" funktionieren,
habe eben eine Version aus einem anderen Templatepaket (Jasmine) installiert, nun funzt die Situation mit den Bildern, aber der Background lässt sich weiter nicht einstellen ...

now i found another website with the same issue, have anybody idee for solution?

In the previous instance, installing the latest download of the module resolved the issue. This down should available to you via yourJoomla51 Profile -> Extension Downloads. Also ensure that you have no overrides created for the module. If the issue persists, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to [email protected] and we will examine this issue further.
