Hi Ciaran, please look at https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php/shiatsu/bedeutung
I placed the picture in the right side column in your layer slide show. My problem is, that the height of the picture is only 500 px, but I want it to be appr. 1000 px (full height of the screen). the max height in the general settings of the slide show is 1000 px as well as the pic itself. Is there a possibility to change that?
and one other question, is it possible to place the control arrows on the home site of the slide show in the center of the height, not on the bottom?
thank you so much, kind regards, Marion

I found my mistake, the module cannot be empty :-))) so point 2 also solved!
Hi Ciaran,
Thanks 1. position solved :-)
2. I placed an empty module on position sidecol2a.
Template settings / Module override see attached screenshot
unfortunately not exactly what I wanted to achieve ... see screenshot please or link https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php/shiatsu/wirkungsweise-shiatsu
any idea to solve this?
thanks again, Marion

Hi Marion
Thank you for detailing.
1. This image appears to 1160px x 1000px. For it to display the full height of the browser, it would also display as wide (eg. https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/images/shiatsu.jpg#joomlaImage://local-images/shiatsu.jpg?width=1160&height=1000). An option might be to set as a background image for one of your module positions (Template Style Settings -> Module Overrides)
2. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

Hi Ciaran,
probably I have confused you with my issues, sorry, here to clarify my problems:
1. Slider module 1 is used here https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php/shiatsu/bedeutung
Here the height of the picture should be about 1000px , but it is about 500 px. I'd like to have the pic as high as screen height. see attached screenshot slider module 1.
2. Slider module 2 is used here https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php
Here I would like to place the arrows in the center(vertical), see attached screen shot slider module 2.
Thanks so much!

Hello
Would you have a URL directly to an example of your slider? The URL provided (https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php/shiatsu/bedeutung) does not appear to match your screenshot.

thanks for your reply... maybe you misunderstood. the pic should be placed right to the text not in showcase. position is sidecol 2a. that's correct.
regarding to the arrows, of course you are right, they are only visible here https://www.bewusst-ich.co.at/index.php
I attached a screenshot with the markings.
thanks!

Note from a user:
I think you put the slider in the wrong position. looks like (header-2)
Have you tried the slideshow in the intended position: "showcase1a"? then the size you chose should fit.
Or does it really have to be next to the text? Isn't that the picture above the menu bar? that's not right either?
P.s. I don't see any arrows in the slideshow, do you only have a picture in the slideshow? it doesn't change at all...
P.p.s.: Oder ist dein Link falsch und es geht um die Startseite?
