Image roll over like in the sample pic j51Ultralit

I am trying to setup the squares below the logo on j51ultra lite.

Please see attached picture


I have tried several things such as modifying the user blocks with no success.

Hi Nigel

For our template demo for these 4 modules we used Joomlas default Custom HTML module. To recreate navigate to Extensions -> Module Manager -> New -> Custom HTML, creating a separate module for each of the user7, user8, user9 and user10 module positions.
