Image Hover Module doesn't work

Hello

I bought Clarity template, install Image Hover Module and... no effects! the image in menu item is standing, link is below of the image in "read more" - i would like to make it the same as on Your Clarity template demo: no text, just image link with effect

1. Or I don't know how to use it, but I read instruction from Your site and i think I did everyting well
2. Or I must make some CSS changes, but where...?

Hi Ciaràn thanks for the fast reply.

This is the site:

Image hover is in position top-3a (see title title title)

Another hover module is in position bottom-1a without any text and a picture different from top-3a

Both images are sized 295x200 px and show keeping the mouse pointer over the eye icon in the configuration panel.
