Hello,
I would like to change the maincontent inline 37.

Normaly I can use the firebug but I don't know were you can chage this problem.

Ik would like to change the padding of it.

Hi Brian

Presuming I understand you correctly, to amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

Edit to taste.

.wrapper_contenttop {

    padding: 10px 10px 10px 10px;

}
