i payed my template but not run link to download

sorry , but not write english very well.
i payed resonate 51 template , received a mail , on the mail write the link of download and the maximum number of downloads for each file is: 12
Download until 11574.0740625 days after the first download
but the lin today not run and the number of downloads not 12
