I'm having a problem with the Layla DemoInstaller. Throwing a 500 error

I'm having a problem with the Layla DemoInstaller. Throwing a 500 error once I've extracted the files on the server and run it. Error messages in server log:

I have installed many of your templates on this server in the past. Ideally, I'd like a demoInstaller that installs joomla6
