How to show color triangle on the end an article page - Riley template

Hello,
I have a question regarding the color triangle on the end of an article. How and where can I set that this triangle appears on the article site.
I found in the code the item "figure" and "image" with the "::after == $0" command but I don't find the place where I can set this color and that it appears on the end of the page.

This decoration is displayed with any single article view. IF it is something that you would like to remove, you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.item-image::after {

   display: none;

}
