How to set the scroll speed for an anchor in the J51_Jasmine template? Like when you click on https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0164/index.php/features/one-page-website in the demo?

THis behaviour should be available by default. Would you have a URL to an example of your site? Does adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your template settings resolve the issue?..

html {

    scroll-behavior: smooth;

}
