From your Joomla administration navigate to Extensions -> Languages -> Content Languages -> New. From here you can select and install the language of your choice.

I Have done and create a French Language. But it seems to be an empty creation : No French patch on my serveur available.
After that, how could I change the current English language for the administrator plateform into French language.

I tried too to use the button languages install Extensions -> Languages -> Content Languages-> Install languages.
Search "fr". As answer "No matching result. French patch seems not to be present on my Joomla installation.

I tried to install the French patch (Extensions -> Manage -> install) manually. Error message "Warning

No installation plugin has been enabled. At least one must be enabled to be able to use the installer. Go to the Plugin Manager to enable the plugins"

I also can't install new module such as "qr code module". Why ?

Presuming I understand you correctly, it is important to note that the template 'Demo Installer' is a copy of the Joomla installation files with one of the default sample data options replaced with that of the template demo. This can not installed to an already existing Joomla site.

Setting up your Joomla administration to French would not be a template related issue, regardless may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will attempt to set up this language for you. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
