By default your template will equal divide your modules (4 modules = 25% each). You can set your own module widths via the module widths tab of your templates parameters... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/understanding-the-module-widths-options

Experimenting with the module widths should get you the results you wish. An example of what might work for you might be something like..

Bottom-1a: 26
Bottom-1b: 26
Bottom-1c: 26
Bottom-1d: 22
