How to make pinned article in module News?

Is the following possible?

Module News, with 4 columns.
Each column show 1 - 3 articles from a connected category.
The newest article always on top.
But: on the very top is always one pinned article.

I cannot find out how to manage this.
Option: the 'pinned article on very top' is an image.

Sorry to say at present this option is not available with our J51 News module.
