How to install updates of the templates?

i have some templates of your site. But i don't know, how to update them - and the Plugins????
after i update to the joomla 3.8 i have some problems with my sites ... http://www.tischlerkooperation.de --<the pictures don't load, and in the backend it's not possible to chance articles ...

Can you help me?

At the Moment i can't do anything ... it's a catastrophe! Now it looks like that, if i want to Login ...
