How to add demo files to Caitlin

I need a little help. I am using my CPanel to install Joomla 3.x with a one click install. How can I add the Caitlin Demo files to my install after the fact? And to install the dd_hairsalon_24 folder do I just overwrite the existing files of the same name on the server? Haven't used Joomla for a while so I feel like a noob again. :silly:

edit: I realized real quick that the dd_hairsalon_24 has nothing to do with this template so I removed it.

edit: I found it online and downloaded it and it works fine.

Can anyone confirm that I can just replace the folders from the unzipped DEMO to my current install of the Caitlin template? If so, are there any I should not replace, or just go ahead and replace all of them to get my template to look like the demo? My host has the 1 click install so I used that to install Joomla and I am thinking I should be able to turn my install into a demo still even if it is the hard way.

I just uninstalled Joomla using my C-Panel and reinstalled it per the Joomla manual or forum thread. In other words I did a fresh install of Joomla and then installed the Caitlin Demo version that I purchased.
