How to add contact form just like your sample

There is a sample contact form at your site,

http://demo.joomla51.com/0092/index.php/j-stuff/singlecontact

We donot want to use sliding tabs, just want to put forms

What code to place in order to put the same form in our site,

Also , we want that admin of their site and other staff member will also get an email that somebody contacted them, how can we add admin and other staff member emails so they know somebody coantcted them

We want to keep it responsive .

Also let us know how to make more fields like we want to add phone filed with numeric option only

Hello

You can set the format of your contact form via the menu item linking to your form (Menus -> [YourMenu] -> [YourMenuItem] -> Contact Display Options -> Display format).

Contact forms will send the form details to the email address provided in the contact (Components -> Contact Manager) details used for the contact form by default.

Adding extra fields to the contact form is an option not available in Joomla by default however there is a number of extension available for this task (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/contact-forms).
