How do I change my Favicon Image

Please kindly give me a detail instruction on how to change my favicon image on Joomla 3.33, I have tried following the instruction provided on your on the website all to avail. I was able to change the one fot Joomla 2.5. But I just can not figure the root file on Joomla 3.33 to change favicon image. Please kindly direct me on how to locate the root file on Joomla 3.33.

Please note that browsers tend to hold on to old favicons even after clearing your browser cache so try opening your site in browser you haven't opened it with previously.
