How change mention "A Joomla51 Template"

Hi,
How can I change the mention "A Joomla51 template" with an other text? I want to write "Design graphique"
If it's not possible, how to delete it?
I have the template Virtuoso.

You can edit this information within the 'Copyright' tab of your templates parameters (Extensions ->Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Copyright).
