How can i insert a new font (not GoogleFont)

In this case i need the Template london, i will insert my Font into the logo-Text ....
Is there a manual available?

thank you, but just "perhaps" because the Link there: https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts
is not valid again ....
