In what way do you wish to resize it? Are you referring to the toggle button?

.... I'm sending an image to explain ....
.... I mean the icon (with three lines that stands in place of the page menu in a web browser) ....
.... the color I already managed to change ....
.... I have tried to re-record the "responsive-menu" and "responsive-menu_retina" images files that are in the "images" directory of the template .... but without success ....
.... any tips ????

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

Edit to taste

.slicknav_menu .slicknav_icon-bar {

    width: 30px;

}

.slicknav_menu .slicknav_btn .slicknav_icon-bar + .slicknav_icon-bar {

    margin-top: 5px;

}
