How came the particles in Chelsea and how to edit them?

Hello,

I'm using the template Chelsea.
I see that there are 'particles' in the top2 modules.
Can you tell me how this particles get there? I can't see nothing in the css or modules ?
I want to change the color of the bubbles. Is that possible?

I have already found the settings from the particles in the template details. Of course I should have looked there right away. Great solution. As always from J51. Thanks.
