I am using the Beaumont template and I do not quite understand how the template works. For the main page only, if I turn on a carousel in the showcase position, I get the background images defined in the template showing clearly, with the menu in the image, and not surprising, the carousel overlays the background images. But, I want this effect without the carousel. If I turn off the carousel then the whole formatting of the menu changes and the background colours of the menu come into vision and I lose clear visibility of the background image. How to I attain the former without using a carousel?

Many thanks

Peter

Hi Peter

The header area height by default expands to match the content of your showcase module position. If this area does not have any content you can use the field provided in the templates parameters to set your own height to this area ('Header Slide Min-Height' - Styling tab).
