Hover Image Not Responding J3.7.3

Hi tried to post but got invaid token response -- so am reposing this request ...

Image Hover links and animation does not work on site - icons and thumbgallery works ....

tried re install un-publishing other modules - tried on helix shaper 3 and caitlin templates ...

please any advice much appreciated - your modules are first class - and I so need the hover image mod without complicated coding!

Hello

It appears that your module CSS is not been loaded. Is this issue present if you enable one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar)?
