Hello Freelance,

I am not quite sure which hover effect you mean in Naomi.
Regarding to the demo template it's maybe the effect that the menu item font is getting brighter?
If you mean that effect try adding this to your custom.css:

hornav > ul > li > a:hover {opacity: 0.7;}

If one not hovers the menu item their opacity is set to 0.7.
If one hovers it the opacity is set to 1.
So if you set the opacity on hover to 0.7 no effect appears.

Hope this helps?

Oliver

Thanks for answer.

But no, i mean if I move mouse cursor over the main menu whole page goes darker. https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0159/
This "hover" effect is too dark on a white homepage. Want to disable it or make it more soften.

Ah ok, I understand.

Pls try adding this to your custom.css:

.hornav > ul > li:hover::after {opacity: 0;}

This disables the effect.
You can change the value of opacity to make the effect less dark e.g. by setting it to 0.1 instead of 0.5 as it is by template.

For better understanding this is the whole css of the hover effect:

.hornav > ul > li:hover::after {
content: '';
position: fixed;
top: 0;
bottom: 0;
left: 0;
right: 0;
z-index: -1;
background-color: #000;
opacity: .5;
visibility: visible;
}

So you can also change the background-color to make it brighter e.g. to a light grey tone.

Hope this helps?
Regards
Oliver
