Hi there,

Please, I could need some help.

1) Hornav menu items spacing::

a) I'm trying to replicate the main menu as shown in LAYLA Example Style 1. See my website here: https://joon.es/joomla/index.php/de/. The menu items are completely attached together: STARTLOGIN, instead of START LOGIN. Between both items there is no spacing. How can I add some spacing/padding between the menu items?

b) In the LAYLA Example Style 1, the first menu item "HOME" is vertically perfectly aligned with the left side of the logo "LAYLA". On my website, by using the Hornav conversion, my first menu item (in this case "START";) is vertically not aligned to the left side of my logo. It shows up much more on the left side. How can I vertically align the 1st menu item with the left side of the logo?

2) Menu login::

As shown in LAYLA Example Style 1, I'm trying to replicate the menu login: when hovering over "LOGIN" a subitem shows up with the login form. I followed the steps as shown in your demo but can't find the position called "menumod-login". Any hint?

Thank you for your patience and help.

Best regards.

I believe I found the solution to question #1:

Add this to your custom.css:

/* This sets a padding between the Main Menu items when using Hornav */
.mod-list li a {
padding-left: 24px;
}

But I'm still struggling with question #2. Any hint would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello

Note that the module position field is editable so you can simply type the position name if it is not available in the dropdown. For further details on this topic check out https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/template-extras/adding-a-module-to-the-menu-dropdown
