Hornav menu items getting cut off in Colette J4

I am migrating a website using Colette J3 to Colette J4. On the Joomla 4 version, the menu items are getting cut off:

https://dianec81.sg-host.com/residents/electronics-recycling

On the Joomla 3 version they are not:

https://winthropharbor.com/residents/electronics-recycling

I exported the template preset and imported into the Joomla 4 version so everything should be the same there. I tried adding z-index values to the hornav, container_main and container_header but nothing has worked.

I fixed this by adding:

#container_header {
overflow: visible;
z-index: 1000;
}
