Hornav menu gone crazy

I don't understand why if I change the menu or its sub-items the hornav menu goes crazy. He disappears from his position and randomly places himself left and right. To fix the problem I had to restore the site to two days ago.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Thank you Elisa
