Horizon - Problems with background in JCE Editor

Thanks for the template, it is really nice.
I'm having a small problem with editing.
I am using JCE Editor for my site and if I log in to the back end to create or modify an article, the background of the whole template is showing rather than the white background of the component area. The problem doesn't occur with TinyMC Editor so this may be a JCE issue but I thought you might have an idea.
I'll attach a screenshot to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

My attachment didn't seem to work so I'll try again

I've made it a little smaller in case that was the problem
